Anleitungen
Wash, peel if needed, and cut the vegetables into evenly sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add the vegetable pieces to the marinade and let them rest for about 15 minutes.
Thread the marinated vegetables alternately onto wooden skewers.
Preheat the grill and grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Turn occasionally and brush with the remaining marinade.
Once the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, remove from the grill.
Serve and enjoy.
